Dr. Alex M. Madov moved to central Missouri in 2022. After practicing in rural South Dakota, he acquired the practice of Dr. Matt St. George in Fulton.
Dr. Madov attended the University of Nebraska on the prestigious Peter Kiewit Foundation Scholarship, where he graduated with honors in Biotechnology and Chemistry. He took advanced level graduate courses and published several scientific articles listed in the National Library of Medicine. Dr. Alex then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Madov received awards from the American Association of Endodontics and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, in root canals and implants.
Dr. Alex moved to the United States when he was 9 years old, and watched his mom work 24 hours a day to provide a better future for him and his 2 brothers. That’s where his work ethic and dedication to doing the best job possible comes from.
I was very happy with their patience! With my pending dental work nerves were elevated but they made me feel safe. They communicated well with me throughout my visit. Afterwards I was very pleased with the results! Thank you guys!
To say that I had stress issues with past dental offices was to say it mildly!! Due to these I had not been for several years. I have now found my dental home! Love everything about the dentist, the staff and the surroundings! I will recommend to all!
The doctor and the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. All who examined my teeth were gentle and pain free. They were informative in giving prices and even double-checked my insurance coverage for a needed procedure. It was in general a great experience.
I have such a fear of the dentist but the staff has made me feel so comfortable, constantly checking on me throughout my procedure. This is the best dental practice I have been to and I very much appreciate their patience and understanding with me
Losing teeth in adulthood is distressing and traumatic. In the recent past, people’s options for replacing lost teeth were limited. Today, patients have more tooth replacement options than ever before. One popular option, dental implants, is the most lifelike alternative to biological teeth.
