Dr. Madov attended the University of Nebraska on the prestigious Peter Kiewit Foundation Scholarship, where he graduated with honors in Biotechnology and Chemistry. He took advanced level graduate courses and published several scientific articles listed in the National Library of Medicine. Dr. Alex then attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Madov received awards from the American Association of Endodontics and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, in root canals and implants.
Dr. Alex has a passion for continuing education and stays in the forefront of dentistry. The spectrum of this advanced education ranges from oral surgery, endodontics, and dental implant placement. Dr. Madov is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Endodontics, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He strives to provide the highest level of dentistry to his patients, in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Dr. Alex was born in the Uzbek Republic of the Soviet Union (now known as Uzbekistan) shortly before the dissolution of the Soviet Union. He is fluent in both the Uzbek and Russian languages. He moved to the United States when he was 9 years old, and watched his mom work 24 hours a day to provide a better future for him and his 2 brothers. That’s where his work ethic and dedication to doing the best job possible comes from. Dr. Alex is a dedicated husband to Nikola and their 1 year old son, Lucas. When not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
